1. About Your Booking
When you book an appointment with Jenna Dyson Nails & Beauty, you're agreeing to these terms. We operate from our home salon and offer nails, lashes and brows services.
All bookings are automatically confirmed through our booking system. However, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking that doesn't fit our policies or if we're unable to accommodate your request.
2. Consultation Forms
Some of our treatments require you to complete a consultation form before your appointment. This helps us ensure the service is suitable for you and identify any allergies or sensitivities.
It's essential you provide accurate information on these forms. If you don't complete required forms or provide false information, we may need to cancel your appointment for safety reasons.
3. Cancellations and Changes
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows may result in you being charged a cancellation fee or asked to pay a deposit for future bookings.
To cancel or change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible through your preferred method.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept cash, card payments and bank transfers.
Prices are clearly displayed when you book and are in GBP. Any additional services requested during your appointment will be charged accordingly.
5. Our Service Standards
We take pride in our work and aim to deliver excellent results every time. However, beauty treatments can vary based on individual factors.
If you're not satisfied with your service, please let us know immediately so we can address any concerns. Once you leave the salon, we consider the service complete.
We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we'll always try to resolve any genuine issues.
6. Your Safety and Comfort
Your safety is our priority. We maintain high hygiene standards and use professional-grade products.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid delays for other clients.
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that might affect your treatment.
7. House Rules
As we work from a home salon, we ask that you respect our space and neighbours.
Please come alone to your appointment unless you've arranged otherwise with us in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, aggressive, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8. Your Information
We take your privacy seriously and handle all personal information in line with GDPR requirements.
Your contact details and treatment history are kept secure and only used for appointment management and to provide you with the best service.
We will never share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
